I help, heal, inspire and motivate people to attract the life they want. As a Mental Health Coach, the human mind and the psyche hold the utmost importance to me within my work. I always encourage a positive change in perpective, may it be in dealing with certain emotions or any other given issues.

My work is characterized by a holistic approach. Due to my great interest in the connection between mind-body-spirit, alternative healing methods such as Shamanism, Acupuncture, Reiki, Yoga & Meditation are always in focus. Personal development, psychosomatic matters, as well as elements of clinical psychology make up my individual and unique treatment.

I do what I do because I enjoy guiding individuals in their self-realization and releasing them from troublesome thought processes.

My international education has made me very open-minded, therefore I like to think outside the box and find different approaches to psychological matters. I offer my coaching `s in German and English.

For this reason I am getting certified in naturopath & yoga.

With my clinical training I have the know-how on diagnosis and therapy.
This enables me to combine the worlds of psychotherapy, coaching & holistic approaches in a special way.
