It is my goal to support people in finding their inner strength and encourage personal responsibility for their health. I believe that everyone is their own best healer, and it is about re-activating these self-healing powers in body and mind through various approaches. My anchor is positive psychology with an emphasis on holistic approaches that are client-centered and solution-oriented. Through my training as a Mental Coach Counselor in the US, I offer a wide range of advice and consider people as a whole, physical and spiritual being. I do not make any diagnoses, but through my clinical education I have the knowledge of diagnostics and therapeutic methods that support me in offering well-founded consultations.
Mindfulness also plays a major role here and is used as a guide alongside various coaching methods, as it has proven useful in coping strategies and psychosomatic issues. Depending on individual needs, helpful methods can be integrated that support the healing process.
